PlumberNumber (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a referral service that helps connect people who need plumbing help with independent, local plumbing professionals.

We are not a plumbing company. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any plumbing work.

By using PlumberNumber, you agree to the following:

1. What PlumberNumber Does

PlumberNumber provides a simple way to find and contact an independent plumber in your area. We pass along your request to a plumber, or provide you with their phone number so you can contact them directly.

That’s it. We make the connection — the plumber provides the service.

2. Plumbers Are Independent Businesses

All plumbers you connect with through PlumberNumber are independent businesses, not employees, partners, or agents of PlumberNumber.

We do not:

• Control how they do their work
• Set their prices
• Supervise their jobs
• Guarantee their results

Any agreement, quote, or work performed is strictly between you and the plumber.

3. No Responsibility for the Work

PlumberNumber is not responsible for:

• The quality of any plumbing work
• Property damage
• Injuries
• Delays
• Pricing disputes
• Warranties
• Refunds

If something goes wrong, it must be handled directly with the plumber who did the work.

4. No Guarantees

We try to connect you with reliable professionals, but we do not guarantee:

• That a plumber will be available
• That they will answer the phone
• That they will accept your job
• That the work will meet your expectations

Use PlumberNumber at your own discretion.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

You agree that you use PlumberNumber and any plumber you contact through it at your own risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release PlumberNumber from any claims related to:

• Plumbing services
• Property damage
• Financial loss
• Personal injury
• Disputes with a plumber

6. Privacy

We only collect the information needed to connect you with a plumber. We do not sell your personal data.
